Who says fanny packs are no longer in style?  But this isn't your ordinary fanny pack from the 90's.  It's fun, functional and stylish.  The combination of the fanny pack and the Hawaiian shirt reminded me of a tourist.  Ladies, if you don't have a pair of high-waist jeans, run out and get some, because they are all the rave for summer.  I think high-waist jeans always look best with a high heel, so I am wearing these chunky and funky platform heels with stud detail.  I'm ready to tour the city.

Jumper For Joy

You guys will be seeing me wear a lot of jumpers over the next couple of weeks because I am jumper crazy!  They are so cute, comfortable and convenient (except when it's time to go to the bathroom, lol).  This short-leg jumper is one of my favorites.  Besides being super comfy, it fits extremely well and gives you so many styling options.  Today I am pairing it with tan eyelet wedges and a wicker clutch.  I thought the faux suede fringe necklace and copper colored hoops were the perfect accessories to complete the look.

Sheer Delight

There are some ladies who are hesitant to wear black in the spring and summer, but I say "Go for it!".  Black is not a depressing color.  It can actually make the colors in the other items of your ensemble stand out more.  Today, I paired this colorful, printed top with a sheer, black maxi skirt.  The top appears to be even more vibrant, paired with black than it would with any other color.  I completed the look with a large black bag and black and white printed sandals with a knot detail.

Flirting With Florals

I call these pants a triple threat...they are printed, they are wide leg and they have splits.  It doesn't get much better than that!  I initially wanted to pair them with a peach top to match the floral print, but then I decided that a white top would make the outfit pop.  And not just any white top...but a ruffled crop top.  I went with this Chanel inspired black purse with gold stud detail and very simple black sandals with gold tip detail.  I was liberal with the accessories, choosing these peach floral earrings, a beaded pearl headband and a large silk flower ring.

Fringe With Benefits

Today I am wearing this wide leg jumper with long fringe detail.  I love the lilac color, it's the perfect mix of purple and blue.  So that the color of the jumper would stand out on its own, I chose accessories with a more subdued color.  These chunky high heel sandals and brown bag with fringe detail provide the perfect color combination.
